We have developed a purpose built construction show house that easilly meets sustainable code 4, its walls are 85% more efficient than a traditional wall and we use air source heat pumps for the space heating and hot water. We manufacture in modular sections, supplied fully fitted with electrics, utilities, kitchens etc. All the end user needs to do is final render, tile the roof and plug in the water and electrics.
