Manufacture
In another innovative move by EnviroHomes™, we manufacture all our homes off site. Once we have finalised your design we can manufacture the home completely in our factory and then transport it to site. This offers you major advantages:
- The build of the dwelling is not ‘held up’ by bad weather
- Quality is tightly controlled and is millimetre accurate
- You do not pay for the vast amounts of waste generated from building homes in a traditional manner
- As there is minimal site finishing, the building can be occupied days after delivery to site
- The manufacture of your home is very rapid – with some designs taking as little as 8 weeks from design finalisation.
All you need to do is prepare the foundations to accept the building and connect the services.
